Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BidPulse (bidpulse.in), a tender-intelligence and bid-management service operated from India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

BidPulse aggregates public tender notices from Indian government e-procurement portals, matches them to the products and keywords you configure, sends alerts, and provides tools for preparing bid documentation. We are an independent information service — we are not affiliated with GeM, CPPP, or any government portal, and we do not submit bids on your behalf.

2. Tender data — verify before you bid

• Tender details (dates, values, EMD, documents) are collected automatically from public portals and may be incomplete, delayed, or superseded by corrigenda.
• Always verify every detail on the official portal before preparing or submitting a bid.
• We are not liable for losses caused by missed tenders, scraping gaps, portal downtime, or inaccurate tender data.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Information you provide (business name, contact details) must be accurate.
• One account is meant for one business; contact us for multi-user needs.

4. Acceptable use

• No scraping, reselling, or bulk-redistributing data obtained from BidPulse.
• No attempts to access other customers’ data or probe the service’s security.
• No unlawful use, including uploading content you have no right to store.

5. Plans, billing and trial

• Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are billed in advance. Payment is currently collected manually (UPI/bank transfer); your plan is activated by our team on receipt.
• Trial accounts convert to limited access when the trial ends.
• Prices may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

6. Your documents

Files you upload to the vault (certificates, work orders, letterheads) remain yours. You grant us permission to store and process them solely to provide the service — e.g. attaching them to bid checklists and generated documents.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees. Scheduled scans depend on source portals being reachable.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain unpaid past due. On termination we will, on request, delete your uploaded documents as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost bids, lost profits, or blacklisting by a procurement authority.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand have exclusive jurisdiction.
